Be Bountiful is a place where avocado pudding, downward facing dog & an amazing life collide. What you’ll find here are recipes for your mind, body & soul, bought to you with lashings of laughter & heart.
I’m Jayne, some of my friends call me Mama Jayne, which I like because being a Mum is awesome. Aside from spending hours in the kitchen I love dancing, being on a train, yoga, green juice & champagne (not both at the same time) I’m 40, my daughter Daisy is 20, my husband works in the magical world of film and we like laughing & hugging. Our family rocks.
I’m not a chef, I’m a cook & I’m self taught. Happiest in the kitchen cooking up a storm for people who love to eat amazing plant powered delicious food. I thought I’d lose my soul going vegan, instead I’ve found my mojo. The thing your most likely to hear me say in the kitchen is “Holy Shit, that’s good”
When I’m not chowing down on veggies, you’ll find me on my yoga mat. Sometimes I just sit there, sometimes I dance bare foot there, sometimes I just lay there floating with my thoughts. But for the most part I practice Kundalini Yoga on my mat. I love to chant mantras and use the breathe to bend my body into beautiful shapes. When I teach is when I feel the most natural, I love to teach.
I’ve been walking the path of the warrior for a few years now and I believe that yoga, meditation, natural food & compassion makes life much more amazing. I’m a good listener who frickin’ loves to cook.
I’m a mojo rejuvenating, veggie loving, peace maker.
With Love

SOME RANDOM STUFF …
I’ve been in the same room as the Dalai Lama, Thich Naht Hahn, Satish Kumar and Prince. Listening to their wisdom and occasionally dancing like a 15 year old.
Wearing black is good for my soul.
I once lived at a Yoga & Relaxation centre for 8 months. The experience broke me and fixed me. I’ll always be grateful for those dark times and there was a hot tub.
My summer pilgrimage is to Glastonbury Festival, I’ve been 15 times.
I used to live next door to drug dealers who once tied a fridge to my front door, the fridge still had food in it.
My favourite sound in the world is hearing my daughter laugh.
